La soirée verra se produire en live les groupes parisiens Neïmo et Gülcher, qui ouvriront pour l’une des sensations britanniques du moment, les londoniens de Gin Palace, auteurs d’un récent brûlot, Kicking On.
Gin Palace est un trio Londonien signé sur le label Artrocker (distribué en France par Chronowax), qui depuis ses débuts s’est fait remarquer par ses performances live incendiaires, souvent en première partie de pointures rock / garage (The Black Keys, The Gossip, Bob Log III…).
Mené par une chanteuse au tempérament volcanique, Meaghan Wilkie, Gin Palace vient de sortir il y a quelques semaines son 1er LP, Kicking On, qui confirme la nécessité de suivre au plus près la carrière du trio. Pour la première fois sur scène en France, Gin Palace devrait à n’en pas douter conquérir le cœur des aficionados du Blues Explosion, des Yeah Yeah Yeahs ou de PJ Harvey…
